In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "11x666" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated at https://11x666.app and any associated mobile or web interfaces.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 11x666 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on 11x666 following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a User's 11x666 wallet account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on 11x666.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures, including submission and verification of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's account, which are subject to separate bonus terms.

2.1 Use of 11x666 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 11x666 enforces a mandatory CNIC-based age verification process for all registered accounts. Real-money deposits, withdrawals, and gaming are not available until KYC is successfully completed.

2.3 If 11x666 discovers at any time that a User is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and the deposited balance (net of any winnings paid) may be withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Users must be accessing 11x666 of their own free will and must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion agreement at the time of registration.

3.1 Each User may register only one account on 11x666. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

3.2 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their legal name as it appears on their CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address where applicable.

3.3 As part of the KYC process, 11x666 may request the following documents:

• A copy (front and back) of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered to the same name).
• Additional documentation as reasonably required for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.

3.4 11x666 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.5 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. 11x666 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain the security of their login details.

4.1 All transactions on 11x666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 11x666 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer.

4.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the User's own name, matching the name on the 11x666 account. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 11x666 payments page and are subject to change at 11x666's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's processing times. 11x666 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, though actual receipt of funds is subject to the third-party payment provider's timelines.

4.5 11x666 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, including requests for source of funds documentation.

4.6 Funds deposited to 11x666 and not subject to any active wager or bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and the payment processing conditions above.

5.1 All bets placed on 11x666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published in the 11x666 rules section. Users are advised to review these rules before placing any wager.

5.2 Bets are accepted and confirmed when the 11x666 system issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid, and 11x666 shall have no liability in relation to any such unconfirmed bet.

5.3 11x666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or in circumstances that resulted from a manifest error, including typographical errors, system errors, or odds that were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.

5.4 In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on 11x666.

5.5 For casino games, the outcome of each game is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or by the live dealer process for live games. 11x666 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.1 11x666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, or other promotional credits to registered Users. The availability, terms, and duration of any promotion are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside that promotion.

6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 11x666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including the right to disqualify Users who are found to be abusing or attempting to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

7.1 11x666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Users to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of funds that may be deposited to the account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close the account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.

7.2 Once a self-exclusion is activated, 11x666 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded User from opening a new account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.

7.3 Users who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to seek assistance from independent professional counselling services. 11x666 recommends consulting a qualified mental health professional or gambling support service.

8.1 Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on 11x666:

• Registering more than one account, whether in their own name or using the name, identity, or CNIC of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or derive an unfair advantage over other users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusion with third parties to manipulate the outcome of events on which bets are placed.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the 11x666 platform, including in casino game software. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void.
• Using 11x666 for money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any other financially illegal purpose.
• Accessing 11x666 in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where doing so is a criminal offence under applicable local law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 11x666.

8.2 11x666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets, and to withhold or recover any balances connected to the prohibited activity.

9.1 All content on the 11x666 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, data feeds, and interface design, is the intellectual property of 11x666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 11x666 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.

9.3 Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on 11x666 without the express prior written consent of 11x666.

10.1 11x666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11x666 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11x666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Any disruption or unavailability of the 11x666 platform or any service thereon.
• Any loss of data, bets, or winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by the User in reliance on information provided on the 11x666 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to the User's account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.

10.3 Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to 11x666 support within 30 days of the relevant event result. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

11.1 11x666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 11x666 determines in its reasonable discretion that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for regulatory, security, or compliance reasons.

11.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 11x666 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance where it is connected to the breach, pending the outcome of any investigation.

11.3 Users may close their own account at any time by contacting 11x666 support or by using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method net of any outstanding obligations.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 11x666's operating jurisdiction. Users may also be subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

12.2 11x666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the 11x666 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and 11x666 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
